“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.”

- Ram Dass

You’re motivated and deeply self-aware, but your mind doesn’t always know how to slow down. On the outside, you may look like you have it all together. On the inside, you’re overthinking, questioning yourself, and pushing past your own limits. If you’re successful but exhausted, driven yet disconnected, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do this by yourself.

I work with high-achieving adults who struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, and boundaries. Many of my clients are helpers, healers, and creatives. They are empathetic, intuitive people who care deeply for others while often neglecting their own needs. You value a holistic, grounded approach to therapy that feels both meaningful and practical.

I provide culturally responsive care and welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, races/ethnicities, and abilities. I also support individuals navigating cancer, as well as loved ones caring for someone with a diagnosis. Serious illness can intensify anxiety, disrupt identity, and bring up difficult questions about meaning and control. Therapy can offer a steady, compassionate space to process fear, grief, and uncertainty.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mind–body awareness, nervous system regulation, and energy informed work—without religion or rigid belief systems. I’m trained in EMDR and work collaboratively to quiet the inner critic, process hard experiences, and build boundaries that protect your time and emotional well-being.

Sessions are thoughtful, supportive, and human. You don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. There’s room for depth, growth, and even humor along the way. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling  more connected to yourself and the inner wisdom that already resides in you.

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out below to schedule a consultation or learn more about working together. I would be honored to walk alongside you in this work.

  • Everyone can benefit from therapy! It is a safe space to process emotional wounds, fears and core beliefs about ourselves. That being said, therapy is not a “one size fits all” process. We will work together to find the best approach for you and your needs.

  • You can expect compassion, support and safety but you can also expect to feel challenged at times. Some people see results within a few sessions and others may take more time to figure out root issues. I will never push or force anything but I will challenge you to “do the work” by offering fresh perspective.

  • $150 per 50 minute session

  • After working in healthcare for several years, I have realized that many insurance requirements do not align with my ethical framework. Although I am no longer in-network with insurance providers I can provide monthly documentation that can be submitted to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement

  • EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy tool that involves moving your eyes in a specific way to reprocess traumatic memories. I have found that it is extremely effective for specific traumas as well as other distressing life experiences.

  • I practice from a mind/body perspective and believe that our physical health directly impacts our mental/emotional health and vice versa. By using light yoga asana (poses or postures) we can access emotions in a different and more tangible way. Additionally, I frequently use yoga philosophy to offer a fresh perspective in mindfulness and attachment.
